Astrid Storm Thorsen is a Senior Project Manager at Spotify, overseeing Global Curation Groups and leading initiatives for EQUAL, the women's focused program. Responsibilities include managing editorial processes, driving collaboration across teams, and developing global editorial strategies. During a career that spans various roles in the music industry, Astrid worked as an A&R & product manager at Universal Music Group and held positions at Copenhagen Records, COLORSxSTUDIOS, and Soundvenue. Additional involvement includes serving as a Part-Time Lecturer in Strategy at Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium. Astrid holds a Film and Media Studies degree from the University of Copenhagen, expected to be completed in 2026.
