Abdullah Alkubeyyer, MBA, serves as the Deputy Minister for Transformation & Human Capital Development at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, where they focus on strategic management and organizational growth. With over two decades of experience, Abdullah has successfully led transformational initiatives including the CS2.0 program, enhancing productivity across 24 ministries, and has achieved significant improvements in public sector performance aligned with Vision 2030. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Jamiat Al-Malik Saud. Additionally, Abdullah contributes as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees for various organizations.
