Lindsey Dole is a Chief People Officer, advisor, and coach with extensive experience in HR consulting and leadership development. Currently self-employed as an advisor and coach, Lindsey focuses on mergers & acquisitions and people & culture strategy. Previously, Lindsey held significant roles at Updater and Chief, and served as SVP of People and Culture at Splice. Lindsey has also contributed as an advisor to various organizations, including LifeLabs Learning and Primary Venture Partners, sharing expertise in strategic guidance and talent acquisition. Lindsey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Writing from Colgate University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
