Sarah Petherick currently serves as the Group Head of Colleague Experience at Spirax Group, a FTSE100 company, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held various leadership positions at DLA Piper as the International Head of Learning & Development and UK & Europe Lead, and at KPMG, where responsibilities included Director of People & Culture, Global Talent and Future Workforce, and Leadership and Change Lead for a Global Culture Change Programme. Experience spans over 15 years in learning and development, organizational change, and employee engagement across diverse sectors, including public and private organizations. Sarah holds an MSc in Management from the University of Bath and a BA Hons in International Relations from the University of Leeds.
