Hanish Yadav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Business Head at Spinny since November 2022, Hanish leads the P&L for Demand Assured and Supply within a dynamic consumer retail environment. In addition, Hanish holds directorial positions at Soothe Healthcare and the Institute for Sustainability, Employment and Growth (ISEG) Foundation, focusing on sustainable development and job creation in India. Previous experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company as a Partner and Associate Partner, and serving as Officer on Special Duty to the Hon'ble Minister of Railways for the Government of India. Hanish began the career with Indian Railways, progressing from Assistant Divisional Manager to a prestigious role as a Class I Gazetted officer. Hanish holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra.
