Pavol Vano has extensive experience in management and commercial roles within the consumer goods and retail sectors. Currently serving as Regional General Manager for Central Eastern Europe, Turkey, and CIS at Spin Master Corp since May 2016, Pavol has demonstrated expertise in P&L management, sales, marketing, and HR. Prior to this, Pavol held the position of Cluster Regional Manager at Orbico d.o.o. and spent over a decade at Hasbro as Commercial Head for the CEE-S markets and later as Commercial Director. Early career experience includes roles at Carrefour and bauMax AG, where negotiations, supply chain management, and team leadership were key responsibilities. Pavol holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Economy in Bratislava and a Professional Certificate in Management from The Open University.
