Shelly McKeever is a qualified administrator with over 20 years of dedicated experience in education, currently serving as the Manager of Partnerships at SPED Strategies since 2024. Previously, they were the Project SOAR Director at the University of Arkansas from 2018 to 2024, after serving as an ESL Instructional Facilitator, ESL Teacher, and Special Education Teacher in Springdale Public Schools between 2015 and 2018. Shelly holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, along with an Ed.S. and a Master's in Educational Leadership, all from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor's in Secondary Education from Henderson State University. With a strong commitment to advancing education and supporting both educators and students, Shelly is adept at project management and effective stakeholder engagement.
