Amy Ball is an experienced events professional with a focus on global event production and strategic program development. Currently serving as the Events Officer at the Specialty Coffee Association since December 2013, Amy directs creative and dynamic events while leading a diverse team. Previously, as the Events Creative Director for World Coffee Events from June 2013 to October 2017, Amy was responsible for conceiving and executing international programs, showcasing strong problem-solving skills in various cultural contexts. Amy's background also includes project management for marketing initiatives at Such A Good Dog and a decade of leadership as a District Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company, where various training programs and operational consistencies were developed. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Washington.
