Victoire Munezero was born and raised in Rwanda. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in tourism management from Kabale University in 2013. Victoire joined Spark Microgrants in 2019 as a trainer. Prior to joining Spark, Victoire served in the BT enterprise of construction as an HR manager.
