Shelby O'Neill, CSP, MPH, currently serves as an Environmental Health and Safety Engineer at SpaceX since July 2022. Prior to this role, Shelby worked as an Environmental Investigator for the City of Houston Public Works for a brief period in 2022 and held the position of Senior Safety Consultant at IFO Group from May 2020 to April 2022, where detailed audits and safety management systems were developed. Experience also includes serving as a Safety Engineer at Mortenson, focusing on safety guidance for a large wind energy project, as well as earlier roles in data management and safety program development. Shelby holds a Master of Public Health in Occupational Health and Safety and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, both from Texas A&M University.
