Brendan Prast is a Senior Structures Engineer at SpaceX, specializing in primary structures for the Starship project since June 2020. Prior to this role, Brendan worked as a Structures Engineer at SpaceX and gained valuable experience as a Vehicle Engineer focused on Falcon Heavy and Starship structures during a summer internship. Brendan has also served as a Machine Shop Trainer at the University of Michigan College of Engineering and held roles as a Warranty Engineer at Ford Motor Company and a Tooling Engineer at Vconverter, where skills in data analysis and tooling design were developed. Brendan earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business from the University of Michigan, as well as a high school diploma from Whitmore Lake High School.
