William O'Neil is a Principal Research Analyst at S&P Global, specializing in energy market analysis across various regions, including Russia/FSU, Europe, and North America. They previously served as the Head of Europe, Russia & FSU Analysis at ESAI Energy LLC, where they led analysis and forecasting of energy markets. A summa cum laude graduate of Tufts University, they earned a B.A. in International Relations, Economics, and German, and completed a Master of International Business at The Fletcher School at Tufts University. As a Fulbright finalist to Russia, O'Neil is fluent in German and Russian.
