Sandra Ortega has extensive experience in the energy and petrochemical industries, having worked as a Senior Editor and Analyst at ICIS from 2000 to 2004, where they conducted market price assessments and led editorial networking efforts. They transitioned to business development roles at ICIS and Resin Technology, Inc., focusing on consultative sales and account management for key global customers. From 2004 to 2017, Sandra held various positions at IHS Markit and S&P Global, culminating in their current role as Head of Product for Energy Transition Customer Enablement. Sandra holds a BA in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes and an MA in Economics from the University of Houston.
