David Tsui is a seasoned financial expert currently serving as Managing Director and Technology Sector Lead at S&P Global Ratings, a role held since 2006. Prior to this, David was a Director at Capstone Advisory Group from 2009 to 2011, where they played a key role in the bankruptcy restructuring of Chrysler. With experience as a Manager at Novogradac & Company LLP and a Portfolio Manager for the Cayuga MBA Fund, David has cultivated extensive expertise in corporate finance, technology analysis, and strategic financial management. David holds a B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting from UCLA and an MBA from Cornell University.
