Nisha Rai Vidhate is a seasoned HR leader with over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Sovos, Nisha focuses on building high-impact people practices that enhance performance and culture. Previously, Nisha held key HR roles at companies such as Geneys, Yahoo India, and IRIS Business Services Limited, where they managed end-to-end hiring processes and implemented effective HR technologies. Nisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, a PGDHRM from ICFAI, and recently completed a Senior Executive Development Programme at XLRI Jamshedpur. Passionate about promoting diversity and fostering a positive workplace culture, Nisha is dedicated to driving employee satisfaction and continuous improvement in HR practices.
