Patti Sinclair has a substantial background in operations and customer service within the airline industry, notably serving as Cargo Manager Operations for Southwest Airlines from March 2005 to January 2008. In this role, Patti emphasized customer satisfaction by coordinating air cargo activities in the LAS and MCO regions.
