Tiffany Jadotte, EdD, MBA, ACC, is an accomplished professional in the fields of organizational development and human resources, currently serving as an Adjunct Graduate Business Faculty Leader at Southern New Hampshire University since January 2017. Tiffany held the position of Associate Dean for Human Resources at Harvard University from February 2022 to January 2026 and has extensive experience as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at The Partnership, Inc. from October 2021 to October 2025. Previous roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Boston Medical Center, Vice President of Human Resources at The Dimock Center, and Director of Human Resources at Royal Health Group. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership Studies and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, alongside ongoing studies towards a Master of Liberal Arts with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School.
