Chance Clutter is an accomplished career development professional with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as the Associate Director of the Career Development Center at Southern New Hampshire University since August 2016, Chance collaborates with the Campus Accessibility Center to support students with disabilities and co-manages internship administration. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Director at the University of Kansas, where Chance coordinated over 340 events annually and provided individual career coaching, as well as an earlier position as Associate Director at Southern New Hampshire University, focusing on career counseling and employer engagement. With a Master of Science in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University and a BA in Psychology from Fort Hays State University, Chance is committed to fostering student success through workshops, teaching, and collaborative partnerships.
