Amber Edwards is the Director of Data Enablement Services at Southern New Hampshire University, a position they currently hold. Amber has previously served as an Operations Analyst, Academic Advisor II, Director of CRM Operations, and CRM Product Owner at the same institution from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a teacher at Bedford Public Schools from 2009 to 2012. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bates College and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Lesley University.
