Dan O'Neill has over 20 years of experience in frontline arts and event management, including roles in theatre, live comedy, festivals, exhibitions, and music. They served as Front of House Manager at The Nuffield Theatre (2004-2008), Deputy Theatre Manager at the Royal Court Theatre (2008-2011), and Theatre Manager at Pleasance Theatre Trust (2011-2014). Most recently, Dan has been the Event Duty Manager at Tate since 2024, after holding the position of Visitor Experience Duty Manager at Southbank Centre (2021-2020). They earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Southampton (2000-2003) and are deeply passionate about the arts, particularly live music and comedy.
