Kirstin Donaldson is an experienced local government leader currently serving as the Head of New Build at South Cambridgeshire District Council. With a strong aptitude for both strategy and detail, Kirstin oversees a multi-million-pound affordable housing program and the delivery of high-profile civic and commercial buildings. Previously, Kirstin held various roles at South Cambridgeshire District Council, including Programme Manager and Development Officer, where they managed strategic objectives. They hold a First Class Bachelor’s Degree and a Distinction Master’s Degree in History of Art and Photography from the University of St Andrews, as well as a Ph.D. in History of Art from the University of York.
