Joe Birmingham is currently the Vice President of Operations at ESS, where they have progressed from Regional Manager to Senior Regional Manager. They previously held various positions in sales and operations in the sports industry, including roles with the Florida Panthers and as an Arena Student Assistant at Dayton Arena. Joe was a dedicated student athlete in men's ice hockey at both Connecticut College and the University of Connecticut from 2012 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a camp counselor at Saint Joseph's Prep Hockey.
