Ishita Kundu is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Director at Large at Banga NextGen since August 2023 and as a Recruiting Coordinator at SoundCloud since November 2021, Kundu has previously held significant positions including Global People Team Associate at WPP and Project Manager at Levare, a non-profit focused on supporting black-owned businesses. Additional experience includes roles as Music Director and DJ at RLC-WVPH 90.3 FM, and graphic design positions at Rutgers Blueprint and as Marketing Chair for the Rutgers University Choir. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management, Kundu began career foundations as a Human Resources Intern at E&S Home Care Solutions and developed leadership skills as a Camp Counselor at the Daisy Recreation Program.
