Terri Mestas is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in leading large infrastructure programs across various sectors, including space exploration and transportation. As the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Sound Transit, Mestas oversees the delivery of a $75 billion system expansion program that aims to significantly enhance transit services in the region. Previously, Mestas was the Chief Development Officer at Los Angeles World Airports, where they led the largest global aviation capital improvement program.
