Edie Givens is the EVP of People and Organization at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where they lead global total rewards, talent acquisition, and learning and development for over 7,500 employees. With extensive experience in human resources, Edie previously held senior leadership roles at Adobe Systems, Yahoo!, and Sophos. They owned and operated Dolcetto Cafe & Market for a brief period and have contributed significantly to HR strategies in high-growth technology and media companies. Currently, Edie is pursuing a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Business Administration at UCLA and has completed an executive program in Human Resources at Stanford University.
