Mark Buchanan is an accomplished marketing and commercial leader with over 18 years of experience in strategizing and executing impactful marketing plans across various sectors, including film, TV, video games, and technology. Currently serving as the Sales Development Lead - Global at PlayStation, Mark optimizes marketing and revenue generation while managing key relationships and uncovering opportunities. Previously, at NOW TV, Mark was a Senior Manager who delivered innovative marketing campaigns, and they also gained diverse experience as a freelance marketing contractor for notable companies such as Sony Pictures and Shorts International. Mark holds a BA in Film and Television Studies from the University of Glasgow and another BA in Digital Film and Television from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. An award-winning filmmaker, they are also a mentor with Arts Emergency.
