Nancy Jorgesen specializes in biotech product development strategy and leads cross-functional teams at SonoThera, where they have served as Sr. Vice President, Head of Product Development since 2025. With over 35 years of experience, Nancy has a strong background in guiding therapeutic candidates through various stages of drug development across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology and rheumatology. They have held key roles at notable companies such as Amgen, Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, Atara Biotherapeutics, and Aadi Biosciences, contributing significantly to product launches and regulatory submissions. Nancy co-founded Jorgesen Consulting, LLC, where they support startup biotech companies. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology/Genetic Engineering and a Master’s in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, along with an MBA in Finance and Business Strategy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
