Colleen A. Thiessen serves as the Vice President of Global Business Resiliency Planning at Sompo, where they oversee the planning and coordination of business continuity activities to ensure critical functions remain resilient. With over five years in this role, they previously worked as a Business Continuity Manager at Accident Fund Insurance Company and held various positions at Willis Towers Watson, including Senior VP, Chief Administrative Officer. Colleen holds an Associates degree in Office Information Systems from Schoolcraft College and studied Accounting at Eastern Michigan University. They are a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and are dedicated to enhancing preparedness and response capabilities within their organization.
