Catherine Stemper, MHA, MBA, PMP, is an agile healthcare leader with 15 years of experience in medical device regulatory, quality management systems, and health systems. They have successfully directed transformation initiatives, improved operational efficiencies, and led cross-functional teams to achieve significant results, such as retaining over $1 million in global pharma accounts at Ecolab. Currently, they serve as the Clinical and Economic Research Business Development Director at Solventum HIS. Catherine is also pursuing an MBA at St. Cloud State University and holds an Executive Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
