Dmitry Tkach, MBA, is currently the SVP and Director of Media at SOLVE(D) | An IPG Health Company, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as Group Director of Client Advice & Management at Initiative from 2021 to 2024 and held various roles at UM Worldwide between 2017 and 2018, including Partner in Integrated Planning. Dmitry began their career at Sundance Vacations and later worked as an Account Executive at Merion Matters. They earned their MBA in International Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a BBA in International Business & Marketing from Temple University.
