Earl Smith is currently the Global HSE Manager at Solvay Specialty Polymers, where they oversee and direct health, safety, and environment affairs for the Specialty Polymers Global Business Unit. They previously held various roles at BP Amoco from 1990 to 2001, including HSE Technician, Supervisor, and Manager. Earl earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology/Structural Design from West Virginia University, a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Marshall University, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Additionally, they completed a program in Business Project Management at the University of Indiana.
