Eric B. has extensive experience in training and apprenticeship management within the renewable energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Apprenticeship at SOLV Energy since July 2023, Eric previously held the same title at Primoris Renewable Energy from November 2021 to July 2023. Prior roles include Training Manager at HEI Civil and Vice President of Training & Development at Mission Critical Training, where Eric contributed significantly to training initiatives over a decade. Additionally, Eric has experience in client training and sales training management at Reed Elsevier. Eric holds educational credentials from Georgia Institute of Technology and Perimeter College.
