Bassam Shaheen currently serves as a Presales Solution Architect II at Solutions by STC since December 2022, after previously holding the position of Presales Solution Architect. Prior to this role, Bassam gained experience as an IT Support Intern at the Saudi Electricity Company for a brief period in June 2021 to July 2021. Bassam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from King AbdulAziz University, completing the program between 2018 and 2022.
