Jenna Smith is currently the VP of Professional Services for North America at Solera, Inc., a role they began in 2024. Previously, Jenna has held various leadership positions, including Director of Implementation at RedCap Automotive Technology from 2017 to 2023, and Manager of Implementation at Dealertrack Technologies in 2013. Jenna also served as an Account Manager at eCarList and held multiple roles at Dealertrack, including Sr. Manager of Implementation. Jenna earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from LSU Shreveport from 2005 to 2008.
