Michelle Wuorsalo is a System and Development Specialist at SOK, providing operational support and ongoing development of the Focus CRM system. Previously, they held positions as a Service Manager and Hotel Receptionist at Sokotel Oy, where they excelled in customer service and team management. Their career began as a Security Officer at Airpro Oy, performing essential duties at Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Wuorsalo also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing further studies there.
