Tülin Yıldız Kuzucan is currently the Head of Finance and Administration at Soho House & Co, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Director of Finance at Le Méridien Istanbul Etiler from 2024 to 2025 and held various finance roles across prominent companies, including the Chief Accountant at Fraser Place Anthill Istanbul and the Finance Coordinator at Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Kayasehir. Tülin's earlier experience also includes a tenure as the Cluster Credit Agent at Hilton Worldwide from 2011 to 2014. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi, graduating in 2012.
