They have held leadership roles in several FTSE listed groups, managing significant financial restructuring, corporate turnarounds, and major M&A transactions. Currently serving as Interim Chief Accounting Officer at Soho House & Co, Jeremy has previously been involved in complex financial projects, including a £500 million debt restructuring at Interserve and the integration of large acquisitions at Endava Group Plc. Jeremy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from St Paul's School.
