Herbert van Sintemaartensdijk B.Sc MA possesses extensive experience in technology and management, currently serving as the Regional COO and Principal Consultant for Transformation & Adoption at SoftwareOne since June 2018. As the Founder and CEO of augend consulting since January 2016, Herbert has led transformation initiatives, and previously co-founded BoardMaps, developing a decision management system for executive teams. With a solid background at Crayon Group, where Herbert held the roles of Intrim Worldwide ISI Manager and Sr SAM Manager, significant contributions were made to establish the company's presence in Austria as a top Microsoft partner. Previous positions include Corporate Technology Strategist at Microsoft, team lead for TEDx Vienna, and various managerial roles at Access Systems Europe and Hewlett-Packard. Herbert's educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Digital Business Innovation and Transformation from IMC Krems University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Additionally, training at the DesignThinkers Academy was completed in October 2022.
