Previous roles include significant contributions at LinkedIn and Aon, where Balasubramanyam focused on enhancing employee experience, standardizing HR processes, and overseeing global HR transformations. Balasubramanyam holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Bangalore University and a Master of Psychology from Tripura University, both earned with first-class honors.
