Markiyan Prudyus has over a decade of experience in payroll and human resources management, currently serving as the Corporate Payroll Director at SoftServe since July 2015. In this role, Markiyan oversees a team of over 70 employees, implementing key ERP and HR modules, and managing payroll services across 16+ countries. Previously, as the Hire-to-Retire Manager and SAP Implementation Projects Manager at Nestlé S.A. from June 2011 to July 2015, Markiyan led significant improvement initiatives and shared services transitions, as well as implemented critical SAP modules in various locations. Markiyan holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, earned in 2012.
