Sara Thompson currently serves as the Senior Assistant General Counsel for Corporate Governance at SoFi, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sara worked as a Corporate Advisory Associate at Richards, Layton & Finger from August 2016 to October 2023, and previously completed a Summer Associate role at the same firm in 2015.
