Benoit Chevalier is a Principal Web Platform Engineer at SoFi, specializing in front-end architecture and engineering. They lead the development of an in-house JavaScript framework and a metadata-driven UI framework that simplifies web page creation. Benoit has a strong background in UX development and performance optimization, having previously held positions at prominent companies such as GE Digital Energy and ServiceNow. They are passionate about applying their skills to sustainability and climate-change-related initiatives. Benoit holds master's degrees in Electronics and Computer Science from CPE Lyon and in Computer Science from Hull University.
