Renata Ludwikowski is an experienced professional in IT service management and vendor management, currently serving as the Head of Global Vendor Management, ITSM, Methods and Tools at Sodexo since September 2021, within the context of the company's IT Transformation program. Prior to this role, Renata held the position of Responsable IT Group at Rexel from March 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading the onboarding of new shared services and driving continuous improvement in service performance. Renata has also served as Head of Group IT Service Management and Performance at LafargeHolcim, where responsibilities encompassed defining IT service management policies and SLAs. Extensive experience at Lafarge includes roles such as eSourcing Program Director and ServiceNow Program Director, focusing on global IT process standardization and implementation. Renata's career began as a JDE Consultant and Project Manager, with a strong educational background including a Master's degree from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Warszawie - The Polish Open University.
