Pamela Mazzocato is currently an Associate Professor of Medical Management at Karolinska Institutet and serves as the Director of Research & Development, Education and Innovation at Södertälje Hospital. They completed a PhD in Medicine with a focus on Healthcare Management at Karolinska Institutet in 2012, after earning a Master's degree in Accounting, Administration, and Control and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Ca' Foscari University of Venice. Prior to becoming an Associate Professor, Pamela held the role of Senior researcher and lecturer in Health Care Organization and Management at Karolinska Institutet from 2012 to 2020 and was a visiting researcher and lecturer at SDA Bocconi School of Management from 2013 to 2014.
