Joseph Helmut Essono is a seasoned Project Management professional with over 10 years of experience in retail banking, operational planning, and business analysis, working with international organizations such as UNDP and Société Générale. They began their career as a Resources Mobilization Intern at UNDP in Cameroon, focusing on climate change resilience. Essono later held various roles at Société Générale, including Head of Project Management Finance and Head of Steering Unit, overseeing significant transformation initiatives across Central and East Africa. They earned a Master's degree in Quantitative Management Techniques and an MSc in Development Studies, specializing in Project Management. Additionally, Essono holds an Executive Certificate in Ecological Transition and Sustainable Development.
