Didier Blanchard is a senior risk executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the financial sector. Currently, they serve as Managing Director, Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Head of Model Risk Management for the Americas at Société Générale. In this role, Didier manages teams focused on enterprise and model risk frameworks, governance, and validation. Prior to this position, they held senior roles at BNP Paribas, where they oversaw Basel 2 certification and regulatory structuring, and at Société Générale, where they led global risk measurement initiatives. Didier earned a Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, and Economy from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris.
