They have held positions such as project director or consortium director at major companies like Alstom, Siemens, Colas Rail, and Systra, managing significant projects in France and internationally, including the Grand Paris Express and various metro lines in Tunisia, Algeria, Turin, Barcelona, and Mexico. Julien earned a Diploma in Engineering in Automation and Robotics from the Institut Supérieur d'Ingénierie Appliquée and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ESIEE Paris. Currently, Julien is responsible for operational unit management.
