Alper Hancı is currently the Process Safety Lead Engineer at SOCAR Turkey Refinery & Petrochemical Business Unit, where they focus on enhancing process safety. Previously, they served as an Incident Investigation Expert at the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Justice, investigating work accidents and occupational diseases. Alper also worked as an HSE Inspector for the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, conducting nationwide inspections in various industries and promoting a safety culture. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Hacettepe University, which they completed in 2011.
