Timothy Andres is currently the Group Vice President of Real Estate at Soave Enterprises, a position held since 2019. Previously, Andres served as Vice President of Engineering and Construction at The Taubman Company from 2017 to 2019 and as Senior Vice President at Hobbs + Black Associates, Inc. from 1996 to 2012. They earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, completing their degree in 1996.
