Sophie Bontemps has extensive experience in the railway industry, currently serving as Responsable contrat et services for SNCF Voyageurs since January 2011, where key responsibilities include managing contracts and responding to tenders for the Hauts-de-France region. Previously held roles encompass PMO for the SNCF Voyageurs Etoile d'Amiens project, leading contract and quality responses for the TER HDF, and overseeing the quality of TER services in the Hauts-de-France region. Bontemps also has significant experience in managing customer relations and service development for TER in northern Pas-de-Calais and has held leadership positions in managing operational teams across multiple railway stations. Earlier career experience includes environmental quality management at SNCF Réseau and roles focusing on environmental issues in the construction sector. Bontemps holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Sc Po Toulouse and a Master's degree in Environmental Policies from Université de Montpellier Paul-Valéry.
